Socktopi Predicts the Future

Having called Barack Hussein Obama "America's First Black President" back in 2004, I am going on the record today with my guess at the Republican and Democrat Presidental tickets in 2008.

I predict the Republicans nominate Mike Huckabee with VP Condi Rice to run against a Dem ticket of Al Gore with Obama as VP.

I fear a Huckabee nomination as he's a seemingly not crazy Republican who might appeal to independant (ie, uninformed) voters. With any luck, the nutball wing of the party will suceed in nominating someone with less chance in the general, like Newt Gingrich.
